Barron a sugarcane trader from Shahjahanpur constructed his house in the year 1841. He called Nainital, “so far the best site in India,“ he has witnessed a course of a 1,500 miles (2,400 km) trek in the Himalayan Belt. Though the town changed a lot, but it retains its charm every now and then.
